示例应用程序使用IntentService的子类PingService来构造并发布通知。

在下面的代码段中，IntentService的方法onHandleIntent()指明了一个新的Activity会在用户点击通知的时候启动。setContentIntent()方法中设置了在用户点击通知时被发布的PendingIntent，因此可以启动Activity。
