PRISM ‘VS100COMNTOOLS’ not set. Cannot set the build environment

bing.com搜索prism wpf,进入第一个http://compositewpf.codeplex.com/，下载Prism 4.1 for Silverlight 5 and .NET 4.0，运行解压到C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Prism，运行RegisterPrismBinaries.bat注册，提示如题错误。

解决：
编辑bat文件，插入：
set VS100COMNTOOLS=C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\Tools
再运行注册之，成功，VS2013+win8.1一剑测试通过。
